Practicing in Brooklyn, Dr. James Naughten is board-certified in family medicine and delivers primary care to a wide range of patients. Active with the American Osteopathic Association, he is conversant in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Naughten, DO, maintains affiliation with Mount Sinai West, a full-service medical center on Manhattan’s West Side.
Dr. Naughten earned his doctor of medicine at the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. He subsequently completed residency training at St. John's Episcopal Hospital and excelled in clinical work, earning the position of chief resident. Dr. Naughten maintains a longstanding membership in the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Nutrition-focused, Dr. Naughten emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balanced diet as part of a healthy lifestyle. His favorite activities include golf, swimming, tennis, and running in local parks. Accepting new patients, he practices in the office Monday through Thursday.
